Payment Security
We are PCI DSS compliant. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is tokenized by our payment processors before reaching us. We store only the last 4 digits of your card for display purposes.
Data Breach Response
In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, typically within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
Data Retention
Account Data
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., financial transactions for accounting purposes, typically 7 years).
Transaction Records
Order and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations and tax requirements. These records are kept in encrypted, access-controlled systems.

WoWo SIM operates globally.
