Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by WoWoSim, hereinafter referred to as “WoWoSim”, in relation to the resale of prepaid eSIM services. These conditions are available on the WoWoSim website.
Any variation of these terms will only be valid if agreed in writing by WoWoSim.
2.1 REVENTA DE eSIM
WoWoSim is engaged in the resale of prepaid eSIM cards. Customers can register and purchase eSIMs through the WoWoSim website or mobile app. Payments are made through major processors such as PayPal and Stripe using secure credit card processing.
2.2. REGISTRO DEL CLIENTE PARA UTILIZAR LOS SERVICIOS
In order to use WoWoSim services, customers must agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Registration requires the submission of personal information, such as first and last name, billing address, and email address, through the WoWoSim website, application, or affiliated service providers.
2.3. COMPROMISOS DE WOWOSIM
WoWoSim strives to provide high quality services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
2.4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Customers must not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or in a manner that disrupts the network. Failure to do so may result in suspension of service, during which period charges will continue to apply.
2.5. COMPATIBILIDAD DEL DISPOSITIVO
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device supports eSIM technology and is not network locked. Compatibility may vary by carrier and country, and customers should check their device’s compatibility at the point of sale.
The service contract starts upon completion of the order via the WoWoSim website or app and requires active management of the eSIM by the customer. Termination occurs when the eSIM is removed or the data package expires.
4.1. CONDICIONES DE PAGO
Payments are accepted with all major credit and debit cards, mainly in US dollars. Transaction security is guaranteed by WoWoSim payment processors.
4.2. TARIFAS DE USO
Rates include VAT unless otherwise stated. Customers cannot offset charges against claims unless these are legally verified or uncontested.
Purchased eSIMs appear in the “My eSIMs” tab on the WoWoSim website or app. Installation instructions are available through the customer’s WoWoSim account and the website.
WoWosim is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This document outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested and processed. We aim for transparency and fairness in the application of this policy.
6.1. Elegibilidad para reembolso
Pre-activation Refunds:
Full Refund: A full refund can be requested if the eSIM has not been activated and the request is made within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Customers must ensure that the eSIM profile has not been downloaded or installed.
Cancellation Request: Customers wishing to cancel and request a refund must contact our customer support via live chat or email at support@wowosim.com.
Post-activation refunds:
Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties that significantly impact the use of our services and cannot be resolved by our support team, customers may be entitled to a partial refund or an alternative form of refund, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation or proof of the problem may be required.
Service Inaccessibility: If you are unable to access our network due to compatibility issues with your device that were not disclosed prior to purchase, you may be entitled to a partial refund or an alternative form of refund, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6.2. Circunstancias no reembolsables
Data Consumption: Services already used, where data has been consumed, are not eligible for refunds.
Promotional Items: eSIMs purchased during promotional or discounted periods are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds, except when the issues are attributable to failures in WoWosim services.
Incorrect Purchases: Responsibility for selecting an eSIM compatible with the device and coverage requirements lies with the customer. Refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases may be refused.
6.3. Proceso de cancelación
Prior to activation: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to activation without incurring any charges and a full refund will be issued.
After activation: Cancellations are generally not accepted once the eSIM has been activated, as the service is considered provided. Exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances.
6.4. Procesamiento de reembolsos
Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days via the original payment method. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
6.5. MODIFICACIÓN
Purchased eSIM packages cannot be modified after purchase.
WoWoSim is not responsible for any interruptions and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Warranty claims should be directed through customer service.
