How can I connect to the internet using a Wowo Sim eSIM on an iOS device?

If you are having trouble accessing the internet with your Wowo Sim eSIM on an iOS device after installation, please ensure you have followed the Access Data steps for your eSIM. You can find these steps in your Wowo Sim account:

  1. Open the Wowo Sim app.
  2. Tap My eSIMs.
  3. Select the eSIM you want to install.
  4. Tap View Instructions.
  5. Look for Access Data instructions.

Ensure that the eSIM line is enabled and selected for cellular/mobile data before proceeding:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile.
  3. Select your eSIM.
  4. Make sure the eSIM is enabled. If it is not, toggle it on.
  5. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data and select your eSIM.

Connect to the Supported Network:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile.
  3. Select your eSIM.
  4. Tap Network Selection.
  5. Disable Automatic.
  6. Select the network specified in your eSIM’s Access Data information.

Update the APN settings (if necessary):

  1. Check if you need to modify the APN on your device by opening the Wowo Sim app and viewing your eSIM instructions.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Cellular or Mobile.
  4. Select your eSIM.
  5. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data Network.
  6. Enter the APN in the APN fields.
  7. Leave the other fields blank.
  8. Tap Reset Settings if the APN is set automatically.

Enable Data Roaming (if necessary):

  1. Check if you need to enable Data Roaming on your device by opening the Wowo Sim app and viewing your eSIM instructions.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Cellular or Mobile.
  4. Select your eSIM.
  5. Toggle Data Roaming on or off as needed.
