What should I do if I am encountering “PDP Authentication Failure?”

PDP Authentication Failure can be caused by settings issues or problems with your eSIM data or validity. Please check the following:

  1. Ensure the APN is set according to the details on your eSIM installation page (all lowercase and in one word).
  2. Verify that you have remaining data on your eSIM; if you run out of data, you may encounter this error.
  3. Confirm that you are connected to the supported network as specified on your eSIM installation page.

To find the eSIM installation page and all relevant details, navigate to My eSIMs > Details > Install eSIM and scroll down.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try resetting your network settings:

  1. Go to Settings on your device.
  2. Select General.
  3. Tap Reset.
  4. Choose Reset Network Settings.
  5. Restart your device.

*Note: Resetting network settings will erase existing WiFi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.
