Acceptable Use Policy

At WoWo Sim, we strive to ensure that all users of our services adhere to both legal standards and our community guidelines. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines our expectations for your behavior when using our services, aligned with global best practices for internet and mobile network use.

By using or continuing to use WoWo Sim services, you agree to the terms and practices outlined in this Policy.

Applicability

This Policy applies to you and any authorized users (“Covered Users”) of the WoWo Sim services. You are responsible for:

1. Informing all Covered Users about this Policy and any updates or changes made to it.
2. Accepting this Policy, as updated from time to time, on behalf of all Covered Users.
   This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is a supplemental agreement under it. Any capitalized terms not explicitly defined here will follow the definitions in our Master Services Agreement.

Prohibited Activities

Our services are intended for lawful use only. You are not permitted to use WoWo Sim services for illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating or distributing unsolicited bulk emails or mailing lists.
• Interfering with any data system, network, or communications platform.
• Unauthorized monitoring of network traffic or data.
• Using misleading information in emails or online postings.
• Accessing or using another person’s internet account or computer without permission.
• Distributing advertisement software without clear, user-affirmed consent.
• Installing or distributing covert data-gathering or transmitting software.
• Collecting or using personally identifiable information (PII) or financial data without authorization.
• Engaging in actions likely to result in retaliation, such as Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks.

Bandwidth Usage and Restrictions

Our data services, including prepaid and unlimited data packages, are designed for typical mobile internet use by travelers and professionals. The following activities are not permitted:

• Uploading or downloading files larger than 300MB or multiple files that exceed 300MB in total.
• Continuous, prolonged data transfers of non-viewable media.
• Streaming data continuously to applications, except for multimedia actively being used.
• Using your WoWo Sim device as a data proxy for multiple devices, except in the case of standard Wi-Fi hotspot usage.
• Using Wi-Fi Hotspots for stationary devices for extended periods.
• Engaging in BitTorrent or peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing.
• Any application or activity consuming more than 150MB of data per hour.

Security and Vulnerability

You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any WoWo Sim service or network, nor may you attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures without express written consent from WoWo Sim.

Forums, Newsgroups, and Other Networks

When participating in forums, chat rooms, or newsgroups, you must follow the specific rules and guidelines of each group or network, in addition to this Policy.

Offensive Content

You may not process or share any content through WoWo Sim services that violates applicable laws or our community standards. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Content involving child exploitation, non-consensual acts, or extreme violence.
• Content promoting hate speech, harassment, or violence.
• Content violating consumer protection laws, including deceptive practices like chain letters or pyramid schemes.
• Content that violates privacy rights or risks personal or public safety.
• Content that exposes trade secrets or other confidential information.
• Content promoting illegal activities such as drug use, illegal gambling, or trafficking.
• Content deemed malicious, fraudulent, or likely to provoke retaliation against WoWo Sim.

Intellectual Property

You must not use WoWo Sim services to download, display, or distribute copyrighted materials unless you have the express permission of the copyright owner or are otherwise legally authorized to do so.

Use of IP Addresses

You are only permitted to use the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses assigned to you by WoWo Sim for your service. If any IP address assigned to your account is listed on an abuse database, you will be considered in violation of this Policy, and we reserve the right to take corrective action, which may include service suspension or termination.

Enforcement and Violations

Any violation of this Policy, whether it occurs once or repeatedly, may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to WoWo Sim services. We reserve the right to enforce this Policy at our sole discretion and are not required to provide warnings or engage in formal processes before taking action.

Changes to This Policy

WoWo Sim reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect 14 days after posting or upon your continued use of the services, whichever comes later. You are encouraged to review this Policy regularly to stay informed about any updates.
