This Notice is presented in accordance with statutory guidelines and complements the information provided in the Wowo Sim Privacy Policy.

Under the CCPA, you have the right to limit, restrict, or deny Wowo Sim’s ability to share your personal information with third parties if it deviates materially from the purpose for which it was originally collected or authorized by you. You have the right to request a copy of any Personal Data Wowo Sim has collected or processed over the past twelve months. Submit your request via our Support Center, and we will verify your identity before disclosing any information. Note that Wowo Sim generally does not access, monitor, or record content stored on your assigned virtual servers.
Deletion of Your Personal Data
You may request the deletion or deactivation of your Personal Data. However, please note that in some instances, Wowo Sim is required to retain portions of your information, such as contact details, in order to comply with legal obligations outlined in our Terms of Service.
Non-Discrimination
You have the right to exercise your CCPA rights—whether to delete, restrict, or access your Personal Data—without facing discrimination from Wowo Sim. However, deleting essential information like contact, billing, or financial details may prevent us from providing certain services.
Public Disclosure of Personal Data
Wowo Sim cannot guarantee the privacy of any Personal Data that you voluntarily share in public forums, such as within the Wowo Sim Community or through direct messages with other users. Please exercise caution before sharing personal information in these settings.
