1. APPLICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by WowoSim, hereafter referred to as “WowoSim,” regarding the resale of prepaid eSIM services. These conditions are available at WowoSim’s Website.
Any variations to these terms are only valid if agreed in writing by WowoSim.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
2.1. eSIM RESALE
WowoSim engages in the resale of prepaid eSIMs. Customers can register and purchase eSIMs through the WowoSim website or mobile application. Payments are facilitated via major processors like PayPal and Stripe using secure credit card processing.
2.2. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION TO USE SERVICES
To utilize WowoSim services, customers must agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Registration requires submission of personal information such as first and last name, billing address, and email address via the WowoSim website, application or affiliated service providers.
2.3. WOWOSIM COMMITMENTS
WowoSim endeavors to provide high-quality services but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
2.4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Customers must not use the services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes or in a way that disrupts the network. Failure to comply may lead to service suspension, during which time charges will still apply.
2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device supports eSIM technology and is not network-locked. Compatibility may vary by carrier and country, and customers should verify their device compatibility at the point of sale.
3. COMMENCEMENT, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
The service agreement commences upon order completion via WowoSim’s website or app and requires active customer management of the eSIM. Termination occurs upon eSIM deletion or data package expiry.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are accepted via major credit/debit cards primarily in USD. Transaction security is ensured by WowoSim’s payment processors.
4.2. USAGE FEES
Fees include VAT unless stated otherwise. Customers may not offset charges against claims unless these are legally verified or uncontested.
5. DELIVERY
Purchased eSIMs appear under the “My eSIMs” tab on the WowoSim website or app. Installation instructions are accessible through the customer’s WowoSim account as well as through the website.
6. REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Wowosim is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This document delineates the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested and will be processed. We aim for transparency and fairness in enforcing this policy.
